After our initial consultation and subsequent appointment, we carry out a full measured survey and develop the design brief into preliminary drawings, usually with several alternative proposals. We work very closely with you throughout this stage to ensure the final design most suits your needs. Using CAD (Computer Aided Design) and 3D software, we produce accurate, easy to read drawings as well as three dimensional illustrations of the proposed designs.

Once you have decided upon the design you are happy with, we produce the full drawings and documentation required for planning permission and submit the application to the relevant Local Authority. Please note, whilst we endeavour to do the very best for our clients and provide the best advice possible, we cannot guarantee planning permission will be granted as that decision is made by the Local Authority.
